Make a Difference in People's Lives – Work as a Community Psychiatric Nurse in AshingtonAre you passionate about helping others achieve mental well-being? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can connect with individuals and families in their community? Randstad is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team. As a CPN, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Full time work available – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Payrate- £30 per hourResponsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources
- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options
- Advocate for the well-being of your patients
Qualifications:
- Valid NMC pin
- Nursing degree
- Min. 6 months Experience working in the community
- Specific experience with addictions and substance misuse essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for mental health and a commitment to patient-centered care
