This is a great opportunity for you to join and be part of the Citizen Maintenance team to make a real difference to our customers. Reporting to Planned Works Supervisor, you are required to carry out planned works on behalf of Maintenance Operatives. These works relate to residential properties, public buildings and commercial properties. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment, have a confident and friendly manner, and excellent communication skills. Citizen offers plenty of development and support with development opportunities available throughout the organisation to explore other roles and gain additional skills and qualifications. In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Trade Engineer Plumber will involve: Undertaking a range of trade tasks to complement the fulfilment of primary trade activities Be suitably qualified, on an on-going basis, to carry out all works, meeting all regulatory and H&S requirements (Where specific qualifications are required for the primary skill designated these will be detailed separately)
