Bierkeller & Zinc is a three-room hotspot with a fantastic outdoor space, featuring the legendary Bierkeller—a lively German beer house where steins flow freely, sausages sizzle, and a roaring Oompah band brings the spirit of Munich to Maidstone every Friday and Saturday.
Love electrifying club beats? Zinc delivers with a state-of-the-art sound and light system, creating an atmosphere that keeps the energy sky-high. And for those who can’t resist a nostalgic throwback, there's even a cosy Popworld Room for ultimate party anthems!
We are looking to recruit a General Manager who has proven experience within a late-night environment, ideally with some brand experience as well as a bucket load of entrepreneurial flair to ensure you aleays staying ahead of the curve when it comes to driving sales. Plus you will be passionate about your team, supporting, Leading and developing them when ever possible, whilst delivering the best guest experience in Maidstone.
Please Note: To be eligible to apply for a General Manager role, you MUST hold a valid Personal Licence.
