Job Description
Business Account Manager
£35K to 45K per annum depending on experience
Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and half day every other Saturday until 12pm
The Role
The Business Account Manager will assist in the delivery of business services to ensure that customer expectations are achieved. You will manage all existing and additional contract, pro-actively monitor customer commitments and any queries raised and deal with any unforeseen problems that may arise. Confirm all work orders are analysed to verify correct completion living no room for error.
Key Responsibilities
Management of additional contacts and manager ring backs to ensure delivery of business targets.
Liaise with customer to identity and discuss reasons for a additional contact
Gain an understanding of manager ring back from previous job history and customers contact to resolve customers query.
Take ownership and manager customers expectations.
Ensure questions that arise from additional contact and manager ring backs are dealt with in a timely manner, it will be your sole responsibility of resolving any issues raised or highlighted.
Ensure that customers are kept fully informed of developments progress relating to their issue to prevent further queries.
Make a difference by taking personal ownership by delivering a persoanl service whihc exceeds customer expectations
Own and take full responsibility for customer issues by previding end to end service for the customer at all times
Successful Candidate Essential Skills required
Significant experience in Customer Service including direct customer contact and query resolution experience
Demonstrate excellent problem solving skills
Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional in a stressful and demanding environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Numberate / able to produce statistics and business reports for internal and external use as well as have the ability to carry out accounts queries as you will be asked to check and process invoices on a regular basis.
