This role offers the chance to focus on tailored behavioural interventions while supporting the school’s commitment to inclusive education. This position is a long-term, full-time position starting ASAP and is ongoing. As a Behaviour Intervention Teacher, your responsibilities will include: Delivering tailored behaviour interventions for children across the primary age range. Supporting class teachers in managing challenging behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment. Communicating with parents and carers regarding behaviour strategies and student progress. Assisting in covering classes when class teachers are unavailable. Required Skills and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience working in a Primary School . Excellent behaviour management skills. A proven track record of working with children with challenging behaviour. Strong communication skills for engaging with students, staff, and parents. A minimum of 2 excellent references from most recent employers. Working as a Behaviour Intervention Teacher for Flourish Education offers you excellent benefits, including: £140 – £185 per day, equivalent to £27,300 – £36,075 per annum (based on 5 days a week for a full school year). The option of PAYE or Umbrella pay. Holiday Pay – PAYE candidates accrue 12.07% of their day rate as holiday pay. Pension contributions.
