  • Provide top-notch customer care by offering technical advice and conducting vehicle inspections for diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs.

  • Deliver excellent technical advice, service, and maintenance on all brand vehicles.

  • Adhere to relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, the manufacturer, and suppliers.

  • Commit to continuous learning and development.

  • Optimise resource utilisation when delivering services

  • Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork.

  • Capable of supporting, coaching, and developing colleagues and junior team members.

  • Hold a valid full driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points for a minimum of 6 months.

  • Provide evidence of the ‘Right to work in the UK’.
