Job Description
Supervising Social Worker – No Duty work
salary: £38,000 per annum
NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in South London, in order to help them recruit for a permanent Supervising Social Worker.
The Supervising Social Worker will have a very low caseload of 7 foster carers. The role doesn't include being on duty or doing out of hours as these responsibilities are covered by the manager. This means you will have a much better work – life balance and more time to work with each of the foster carers.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker in this role will provide support and supervision to the foster carers, who are located around South London (Croydon, Mitcham, Norbury). There is an expectation to complete Form F Assessments also, however the Manager is happy to provide support and training with this.
This is a hybrid role offering you more flexibility with your schedule.
