we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children in a residential home setting. We are now looking for an experienced and qualified Residential Children’s Care Home Manager to join our team in Preston . This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for working with children and a strong background in residential care management. – We can consider someon stepping up from a Senior SW role or Deputy Manager position with a LV3 (Level 5 offered) * Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential children’s home * Lead and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance and support * Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained for all children * Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures * Develop care plans tailored to the individual needs of the children * Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of staff * Establish and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and external agencies
