Trainee Vehicle Fitter

Solihull, Birmingham

£26,500 – £29,000 per annum depending on experience

Trainee Vehicle Fitter for our Solihull Site.

Hours of work

Week 1

Monday – Friday 06.00-14.00

Week 2

Monday – Thursday 14.00 – 22.30 and Friday 14.00-19.30

Working in the Final Assembly Department

We are looking for someone who is able to work within a team environment and eventually train to fit hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems to Commercial vehicles within Final Assembly

As this is a trainee role, full training will be given and you will eventually learn how to operate the vehicle to ensure functions are working correctly, diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical faults.

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and the ability to use a range of hand and power/pneumatic tools along with the ability to understand work instructions / SOP’s to assemble components for our different tankers
