Job Title: Luxury Showroom Consultant (Design focused – Retail – Kitchen)Contract Duration: Full time, PermanentLocation: Central London (on-site role)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable individual to join a fast growing, global luxury appliance company. The successful Luxury Showroom Consultant will have the scope to deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience across all key specifier, designer and architect touch-points aligned to the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all Experience Centre visitors.
- Build relationships with specifiers, designers, architects in wider London, and throughout the UK through showroom interactions
- Understand what designers want/need from a manufacturer to specify product.
- Assist in hosting events during the day and evenings when required.
- Attend off-site designer or sales events when required
- Delivery product training
- Gain a deep understanding of the key specifier community (kitchen/bathroom designers, interior designers, and architects
- Manages and cultivates partnerships with existing key specifiers
- Ensures a seamless, brand aligned representation of the businesses value proposition
- Initiates, develops and attends designer network events and retail events at Experience Centres
- Ensures all activities of design development is performed in compliance with all regulations and rules
Key Requirements:
- Ideally, you will have experience in the appliance or building industry, in a design, project management or sales/marketing role or have worked in a Premium/luxury showroom, working with interior/kitchen designers and architects
- Proven experience at developing partnerships
- Strong commercial understanding of industry, sales/marketing
- Comprehensive Architect/Design industry knowledge
- Strong creative & technical design skills – Ability to read floor plans and elevations
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written communication skills are clear and concise
- Strong skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Well versed in social media applications
