Your role
The Head of Pride in the City leads our business-focused initiative designed to foster workplace inclusion and celebrate LGBTQ+ diversity 365 days a year. This role oversees all aspects of the corporate membership program, including marketing and communications, management of our City Trainers team, volunteer coordination, and administrative operations. The Head of Pride in the City builds relationships with corporate partners, drives membership growth, and ensures our business initiative aligns with Pride in London’s mission to unite voices, amplify diversity, and protest against inequality.
