JRS Associates Ltd has partnered up with an exciting manufacturer in the local area and we're looking to add an experienced Welder / Plater to the team. The position comes due to a consistent intake of healthy, long-standing contracts meaning a need for an experienced individual.. see below for a detailed description of the role package and specifications of the Welder / Plater required. The Successful Welder / Plater – Package: * £33,500 to £36,500 per annum * Days shift (Mon to Thurs, 7:30am – 4:30pm & Friday, 7:30am – 12:30pm) * Overtime available paid at 1.5x * Holiday entitlement – 33 days (including statutory) * Company Sick Pay Scheme active after 1 year of service * Modern, Clean working environment * Free Parking The Successful Welder / Plater – Requirements: * 3 or more years experience as a Plater * Experience working in the Aerospace and/or MOD industry * Experience and understanding marking out, cutting material, producing weld preps where required, drilling and tack welding into complete assemblies. * Have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings If you're interested in finding out more or you believe yourself to be the right Plater for the role, apply, and if successful you'll receive a call within 48 hours explaining the next steps
