As a Support Worker, you will: Support individuals on their journey to recovery through person-centred care in a rehabilitation setting.
Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals.

Provide emotional and practical support to residents.
Promote engagement in meaningful activities and encourage social inclusion.
Assist with daily living tasks and support residents in accessing education, employment, and the community.
