My client is recruiting for a Service Engineer Plumber. They are a well-established and leading supplier of rain water recycling systems, installed in residential, industrial and commercial building developments as well as airports and stadiums. Their ideal candidate will be qualified with an NVQ Level 2 in plumbing, have a CSCS / JIB card, with proven field service supervisor on pumping systems, cooling systems, or other similar technologies working in a construction environment. Service Engineer Plumber Role: The successful Service Engineer Plumber will be a self-motivated, team leader orientated engineer. Specific training on site for the products / systems, is provided. You will be responsible for: – Site surveys – System installations – Commissioning – Planned maintenance – Reactive maintenance – Fault finding – After sales – Product test and repair – Travelling with overnight stays – On call Rota – Occasional office work Service Engineer Plumber Requirements: Essential qualifications and experience needed: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing Proven work experience as field service supervisor for pumping systems, cooling systems, or other similar technologies working in a construction environment. Team Leader with excellent working standards who can also work on his own. High level of motivation and interest in self-progress Experience in providing services to the building industry with high confidence and excellent customer relationship skills General computer knowledge (MS office) and communication skills. Must be able to read 2D and 3D drawings Experience in rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems is advantageous, but not necessary Full valid manual driving licence Service Engineer Plumber Package: Salary £45k – £55k You will be required to work a 39-hour week, a pension will be provided after a qualifying period. 22 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays (3 days to be taken at Xmas).
