If so, we have an HR Advisor role that may just be of interest! Liberty Recruitment are absolutely delighted to be partnering with this Client to gain an HR Advisor . This role is based in Colchester , with the option of hybrid working. The position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. This opportunity will involve approximately 1-2 days of travel each month. You will require a full driving licence and & mileage will be paid. The main purpose of this role is to deliver comprehensive advice and guidance to managers across the organisation. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Main accountabilities; To provide a comprehensive advisory service to all managers and employees, whilst ensuring that the organisation follows best practice in line with employment law Handling complex ER matters (high volume) Develop, update and implement HR Policies and Procedures ensuring legal compliance and best practice Analyse HR data (exit interviews, absence, turnover, benefits, surveys etc) to identify any trends and provide robust solutions to deal with any issues This position is extremely varied, with no two days being the same! You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a multi-faceted organisation and be familiar with complex ER matters up to and including dismissal. You will be comfortable dealing with a high volume of cases and ideally be at least CIPD Level 5 qualified. In return you will be offered a salary between £32,000 and £40,000, depending upon experience.
