As the distribution arm of largest Pay As You Go Sim Card Company in the UK and controlling one of the fastest growing vape business within the convenience sector there seems no limits to what we can achieve. With over 200 field sales agents on the road, we are looking to strengthen our in house administration team. We are looking for an HR assistant reporting directly to the HR Manager. The successful HR Assistant will be responsible for Carrying out all HR administrative processes including offer letter/contracts, new starter processes, processing leavers, contract changes/amendments and references. Dealing with day to day queries (e.g. pay, attendance, policy guidance). Managing the time and attendance system. Maintaining a high level of accuracy with respect to employee salary details. Assisting with recruitment processes Keeping policies and procedures up to date. The successful HR Assistant will have Previous experience in a similar HR role, working within a fast moving and busy department.
