We are seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join the team at this iconic hotel.
A career at Burgh Island is unique and is not for the faint-hearted. Island life brings with it several challenges in terms of location and working hours. Resilience and Flexibility are a must
F/T: 40 hours per week,
Salary: £25396.80 per annum
(Live-in accommodation is available, subject to availability. This starts at £25.00 per week.)

You will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, be knowledgeable about food safety regulations, and have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Duties:
– Assist in food preparation and presentation
– Provide excellent customer service to all guests
– Take food and drink orders and deliver them promptly
– Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area
– Help with bartending duties as needed
– Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements/Skills
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
– Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
– Proficient in food preparation techniques
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
