Location: Runcorn, CheshireJob Type: Full-timeHours: Monday to Friday, 3-shift rotationPay Rate:
- Hourly Pay: £12.50 per hour
- Overtime Pay: £17.22 per hour
We are currently seeking an Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Runcorn. This is a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse and transport operations by managing dispatch paperwork, tracking stock, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for invoicing all customer deliveries (internal and 3rd party transport).
- Receiving and booking in all goods into stock.
- Managing booking slots for all goods-in suppliers.
- Liaising with drivers and managing goods-in and goods-out processes.
- Timing out of vehicles via the transport system.
- Filing and organizing all paperwork accurately.
- Working closely with on-site customers to resolve any goods-in or goods-out issues.
- Covering other shifts when required with enhanced overtime rates.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong administrative experience, particularly in warehouse or transport operations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Competent in using Outlook and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
