We are working exclusively with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead HSEQ initiatives for a company committed to employee wellbeing, sustainability, and operational excellence. About the Role: This critical position involves developing and managing robust HSEQ systems, championing a culture of safety, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will have full support from the Senior Leadership Team to drive key strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement health & safety policies to ensure compliance with NI/EU legislation and best practices. Lead risk assessments, audits, and investigations, promoting a proactive safety-first culture. Oversee environmental compliance, ISO 14001 certification, and sustainability initiatives. Support quality assurance and control initiatives aligned with ISO 9001 standards. Build engagement across teams to ensure HSEQ ownership at every level. What Were Looking For: Qualifications: Degree in H&S, Environmental Science, or Engineering; NEBOSH Diploma; IOSH membership (Chartered preferred). Experience: 5+ years in HSEQ management within manufacturing; strong knowledge of NI/EU regulations. Skills: Leadership, cultural change management, excellent communication, and analytical abilities.
