We are currently seeking a PCV Driver for a national Vehicle Service business based in the Milton Keynes area.
This is a ongoing temporary position where you would be expected to ensure that our client\’s buses and coaches are delivered and collected with care and attention in addition to driving a Passenger Carrying Vehicle in a safe and professional manner to clients within agreed time schedules.
Pay Rate: £17.00
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring all paperwork/ electronic handheld devices are completed correctly
- Perform vehicle safety checks to ensure road worthiness
- Record driving hours and reporting incidents
- Maintain smart and professional appearance
- Complete refresher training on a needs basis
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Hold a clean PCV License
- Hold a completed Drivers CPC
- Minimum Two Years Experience
- Physical fitness to complete routine cleaning, maintenance and inspections
- Ability to work independently
- Great degree of care and initiative
- Attention to detail
- A team player work ethic
- Ability to complete tasks on a computer or handheld device
