- Conduct AQL assessments on decorated stock
- Perform MEK and cross-hatch adhesion tests
- Maintain accurate records linked to batch tracking
- Carry out visual quality inspections of containers
- Ensure correct paint levels and label application
- Operate light screen inspection and packing machinery
- Support other departments with corrective actions
- Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Quality Control role
- Experience with AQL assessments and MEK testing
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Organised, with strong reporting and documentation skills
- GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science (Grade C or above preferred)
- Experience in glass or FMCG manufacturing desirable
