An iconic global skincare and cosmetics brand is seeking a highly adaptable Product Sourcing Coordinator to support the sourcing and management of vendors for the companys marketing activities (OFFICE BASED)

Responsibilities
Managing timelines, COGs approvals and design creation
- Helping to manage the sourcing and procurement of all marketing items and packaging for company influencer boxes and other marketing activities
- Partnering with Product Development, Marketing, and Operations Teams on the development and execution of timelines
- Researching appropriate vendors for the companys marketing needs
- Collaborating with suppliers on specs and pricing
- Securing all necessary approvals for items procured
- Overseeing quality control of all items procured, both marketing and packaging
- Creating Bill of Materials as needed
- Creating Cost of Goods sheets
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in skincare /colour cosmetics production or product development
- Experience in sourcing, packaging and quality control.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Accustomed to working with tight deadlines, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Organized and adaptable to assist in multiple projects at once
- Detail-oriented as this role is responsible for reporting
