An exciting opportunity has arisen for an eCommerce Success Manager to join a growing agency, working with some of the biggest and fastest-growing eCommerce brands.
This role is perfect for someone with experience as a Customer Success Manager, eCommerce Manager, Online Trading Manager, Online Merchandiser, or eCommerce Account Manager, looking to take the next step in their career.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
? Managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and long-term success
? Optimising the performance of online stores and driving business growth
? Collaborating with internal teams, including developers, designers, and strategists
? Analysing performance data to identify growth opportunities
? Providing strategic insights and best practices to help clients succeed
