Holiday Camp Manager
Are you free during the school holidays? Do you have experience in leading teams? Are you a fun, creative, bubbly individual? Then join our management team to run our multi-activity holiday camps!
About the role
Extremely competitive, above market wage (£150 a day)
Up to 14 weeks a year (school holidays)
Monday Friday
Children aged 3 11 years old (Preschool Year 6)
Currently operating across sites in South-east London (Bromley/ Eltham/ Beckenham/ Catford/ Orpington)
You will have overall responsibility for the camp
Roles and responsibilities
You will be the direct liaison and coordinator for all staff they will be looking to you for motivation, guidance, and support. Due to this, experience of working in a childcare setting and working with or managing small teams is a must.
Being an effective communicator is imperative as you will frequently interact with staff/ children/ parents and deal with their queries.
On site designated First Aider
Responsible for daily equipment checks, ensuring equipment is fit and safe for use.
You will be responsible for dealing with all administration at camp.
