Quality Lead
£40,858 per annum
37.5 HOURS PER WEEK
Working days predominantly Monday – Friday between the hours of 8.00am 5.00pm with some evening meetings and participation in the on-call rota.
5 weeks holiday pay plus Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme, Staff referral scheme (earn extra pay every time you successfully refer someone), Employee Assistance Programme (including private GP access), Roadside parking off site, Free DBS check.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Lead to join our Care Services Team.This is a new and exciting vacancy and will require the successful candidate to work hands-on from a clinical perspective at times to ensure that Nottinghamshire Hospice delivers high-quality, patient-centred care aligned with our values and regulatory requirements. The role will support the Director of Care Services with quality assurance, clinical governance, and service improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence across Care Services. As a senior nurse, the Quality Lead will work collaboratively with the clinical teams to ensure that all clinical operations meet the highest standards of safety, effectiveness, and compassion. The post holder will be supported to maintain their clinical and professional competencies and will participate in the On Call clinical rota. The successful candidate will need to be a Registered Adult Nurse, with extensive post registration experience as well as proven knowledge and experience of CQC Inspections, clinical governance and continuous quality improvement.This role will be an ideal job for somebody who is able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and has the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and who wishes to make a difference to care and support that is provided to our patients, their families and carers.
