As their portfolio expands, they are seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee new build handovers, tenancy management, and property maintenance.
This role offers a mix of on-site and remote working. The Package:
- Basic salary £26,000 to £32,000 (D.O.E)
- Fully remote with site visits required, Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5:30 PM, no weekends!

As a Property Manager, you\’ll be at the heart of an exciting, fast-paced role, overseeing the handover inspections of new build properties, managing tenancies, coordinating essential repairs, and liaising with third-party aftercare providers to ensure swift resolutions. Youll also be delivering exceptional customer service to valued residents.
The Property Manager Role:
- Act as the primary on-site contact, fostering strong resident relationships.
- Oversee new home handovers, inspections, and snagging resolutions.
- Manage tenancies, void processes, and property maintenance efficiently.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure high-quality repairs and upkeep.
- Conduct weekly site visits, mid-term inspections, and compliance checks.
- Support rent reviews, tenancy renewals, and work with finance teams to maintain occupancy.
- Be flexible with locations and available for out-of-hours support when required.
The Person:
- Experience in residential property management, maintenance coordination, or facilities management (Build to Rent experience is a plus).
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong tenant relationships.
- Motivated to develop, progress, and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
