What the job involves for a Property Manager:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties with your team
  • Carrying out viewings of available properties
  • Negotiating tenancy agreements
  • Liaising with landlords after viewings to agree tenancies
  • Managing landlords' expectations regarding possible works required
  • Managing incoming tenants' expectations to avoid disappointment at move in
  • Ensure properties are ready for new tenancies
  • Routine inspections and reporting landlord updates/upgrades
  • Updating system/saving reports/inventories/photos

  • Ideally 1 years Property Management Experience or knowledge of maintenance and the private rented sector

  • IT proficient
