We are seeking an Account Executive to play a key role in managing finance applications from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, ensuring excellent customer outcomes, and working in a dynamic, growing environment.

About the role

  • Location: Liverpool City Centre
  • Role: Full time, office based
  • Hours: Mon - Fri, 9-5pm
  • Salary: up to £35K per annum plus commission - OTE 50K
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, private medical, growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth.
  • Proactively manage and update the customer database, identifying new opportunities and securing repeat business.
  • Guide customers through the finance application process, ensuring smooth and efficient processing.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external lenders to ensure high service standards are met.
  • Review financial documents and liaise with underwriting teams to secure funding approvals.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately processed and deadlines are met.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the finance journey.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience in finance, sales, or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial documentation.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes.
  • Experience working within financial services or SME lending is a plus but not essential.
