Are you a skilled professional with experience in Loan Agency and Transaction Management? We\’re seeking aVP Loan Agency Transaction Managementto join an experienced and dedicated team in London. If you\’re passionate about overseeing complex loan agreements, leading negotiations, and managing key relationships as facility and security agent, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management: Review and negotiate key transaction documents, including loan facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security trust deeds.
- Deal Onboarding: Manage new loan deals, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance with conditions precedent.
- Amendments & Waivers: Handle amendment requests, consents, and waivers, updating relevant systems such as Debt Domain.
- Covenant Management: Set up financial reporting covenant diaries and distribute relevant information to lenders.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for borrowers and lending groups, ensuring seamless communication.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior colleagues, delegate tasks, and cover for absences.
