We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our supported living services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing care services, ensuring high-quality care for service users, and leading a team of professionals in a supported living, residential or home care environment. This role requires a compassionate leader who can effectively manage resources while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Duties

  • Supervise and support staff in delivering exceptional care to service users, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
  • Oversee any medication administration processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the facilities, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
