My client is seeking a passionate professional to lead a variety of projects across Scotland. Based in Ayr, this role offers a blend of client engagement, land management, and consulting with rural and utility clients. What You'll Do: Lead Projects: Manage land referencing, secure project access, and negotiate compensation claims with landowners. Client Relations: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and professional advisers to ensure seamless project delivery. Land Transactions: Oversee acquisitions, compensation claims, servitudes/wayleaves, and renewable energy deals. Contribute Across Sectors: Work alongside diverse teams to support public and private clients with 21st-century land solutions.About You: Experience: Experience in project management, surveying, forestry or utilities is essential. Self-Starter: A motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively. Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills to foster relationships and drive business development. Organised & Knowledgeable: Agile in task management with solid market insight across the rural, forestry, and farming sectors.
