My client is seeking a passionate professional to lead a variety of projects across Scotland. Based in Ayr, this role offers a blend of client engagement, land management, and consulting with rural and utility clients. What You'll Do: Lead Projects: Manage land referencing, secure project access, and negotiate compensation claims with landowners. Client Relations: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and professional advisers to ensure seamless project delivery. Land Transactions: Oversee acquisitions, compensation claims, servitudes/wayleaves, and renewable energy deals.
