Our client is looking for experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team. This is a remote role which will include travel across Scotland. The business specialises in selling & hiring equipment to the rail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve target hire revenues while ensuring adherence to pricing policies.
  • Identify and develop both new and existing accounts and revenue streams with key target customers and prospects.
  • Ensure all agreed customer service levels and performance standards are met.
  • Manage and resolve any related queries or disputes.
  • Identify and cultivate sustainable relationships with key customers and prospects within the rail sector.
  • Effectively manage the existing customer base to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure all offered solutions align with required company standards.

  • Proven sales experience within Plant hire.
  • Hands-on approach with a flexible, can-do attitude, remaining calm under pressure.
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills.
