We are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager with a solid & proven background in international cross-border experience gained within the Logistics industry. Responsible for the generation of new business nationally, the BDM will: Introduce Spring’s products and services to potential customers through telephone calling, trade shows or personal visits within an agreed call cycle. Identify, research, investigate and close new accounts throughout the UK Build pipeline of potential clients including expected spend levels Work effectively within the sales team to maximise sales opportunities and revenue, and grow profit margin year on year. Make qualified visits to prospective customers using effective route planning and time management.
