Due to client expansion, TecRec are currently searching for a Mobile Contracts Supervisor to manage a portfolio of commercial sites throughout Central London. Are you looking for a tailored career path into Contract Management? My client will be looking to teach, train and upskill the right individual into a Contract Manager.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the mobile engineering team, managing logbooks, statutory compliance, etc. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.
The ideal candidate will be electrically qualified but have experience within building services. The role will come with a van & fuel card, but you will have the option to get the train into London and expense all your travel. Ideally, you will have managed a team of static or mobile building services engineers and be proficient in paperwork.
Locations: 90% of the works will be within the City & Central London, with 3 locations outside of London which include Maidenhead, Reading & Slough (once per month).
Eager to progress your career long term, the ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Electrical Installations (Level 3 Required), NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installations. 18th Edition 2391 Testing & Inspection is desired.
