Our client is looking to appoint an Administrator to support and assist with the day to day running of the office by providing an effective and efficient administration service. This role requires company policies, procedures, and regulation to be followed. This is a temporary position for an initial period of approximately 4 months and duties include:
- Prepare and send weekly/monthly invoices.
- Arrange travel and accommodation in line with the company Travel and Subsistence Policy.
- Maintain the credit card system, including coding of transactions, uploading of receipts, reporting and gaining approval from card holder and their approver.
- Maintain systems for petty cash handling and purchases, keeping detailed records of all transactions.
- Liaise with third party vendors and approved suppliers to purchase items or services in line with procurement policy.
- Raise purchase requisitions for any goods to be purchased. Checking delivery of goods/completion of jobs before receipting of purchase orders.
- Provide any reports requested, ensuring that all information is prepared to requested deadlines.
- Collation of information to support functional teams produce various passes.
- Collection/submission of meter readings.
- Assisting with surveys.
- Assist with the administration of the customer feedback system as required.
- Arranging of meetings including setting dates, booking venues, arranging catering and travel and accommodation.
- Distribution of agenda and supporting papers.
- Note/minute taking.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar administration role.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
