About the Company: We are looking for an experienced Document Controller who would rather drive through Essex Countryside than do the London commute every day. Our long-standing construction client is looking for a permanent Document Controller to join their team based in the West Essex area close to Epping/Chigwell. Offices are in a lovely location. Salary will reflect experience. There is also the bonus of private healthcare after 12 months.
Job Description - Document Controller
- Enforcing Document protocols
- Uploading/downloading documents to CDE portals
- Tracking and transmitting documents
- Internal portal administrator
- Document QC
- Printing drawings and various project documents
- Liaising with contractor and sub-contractors
- Other daily tasks (Answering phones, etc.)
Experience with Asite (a must if possible) or Acanex / Project Plus Pro core required. Driving license required – occasionally station runs for collections/drop-offs due to location.
Document Controller Salary - £30K - £35K. Private Health after 12 months service. Company pension after 3 months service. Starting with 20 days annual leave (which increases by 1 day every year).
