The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Planner / Administrator to join our small, friendly, and busy service team, located in Buckingham.
Key tasks & responsibilities:
- Able to plan, prioritise and support the movement of Service Engineers to customer locations throughout the UK
- Produce system-generated quotes and invoices
- Handling any queries that may arise.
Qualifications, Experience & Profile:
This role would suit someone from an admin/planning background who can display a logical approach to organising their workload.
Successful candidates will be:
- Ideally experienced in invoicing and scheduling
- Knowledgeable with MS Office products
- A great telephone manner
- Customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Numerate
- Enthusiastic and helpful
- Good English written and oral skills
Note: There will be a probationary period of six months, during which training and support will be provided, to ensure the successful candidate gets up to speed as quickly as possible.
