Based at Oxford Science Park
Our client based at Oxford Science Park is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to provide clerical and admin support to their site operations.
Main Tasks:
- Preparation of induction documentation and Health and Safety packs
- Maintaining site files with the company Management System
- Scanning, photocopying, filing documents
- Updating the training database as required
- Maintaining the sites CAD drawing registers and files
- Administration of the company (Quality Management System)
- Arranging site meetings and taking minutes as appropriate
- Liaising with the Project Team and other sub-contractors as required
- Assisting with booking and co-ordinating deliveries to site
- Placing orders for materials/work equipment, with suppliers
- Keeping all records up to date
Person Spec:
- Strong administration experience
- Experience of working as a Site Administrator on a construction site is essential
- Current CSCS card would be an advantage
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft programmes, especially Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Fieldview (or other Quality Management System) essential
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, diligent and methodical
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good team player
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
