Counter Manager | Colchester | £27,000 + Commission + Benefits
Are you passionate and motivated Counter Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading premium beauty brand? We are seeking an ambitious Counter Manager to drive the business in a retail environment in Colchester. If you have a background in a fast-paced spa or beauty retail environment this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As the Counter Manager you will be confident in driving your business to achieve company sales goals, traffic stopping, delivering exceptional customer service and performing facial treatments.

- Lead and inspire a part time Beauty Consultant in your team
- Oversee and drive all KPI's for the counter

- Previous Counter Manager experience essential
