Established 2010 Fastest growing manufacturer of hand tools for the construction sector globally Operate in 35 countries worldwide with 215 employees Progression opportunities to Area Sales Management role within 12-18 months Field based role, merchandising, setting up stands, working with the ASM team in the South East Sales Support Executive The Role : The primary role of the Sales Support Executive is to ensure builders merchant branches across the South East region are fully stocked, merchandised correctly, and that new installs are completed in good time. Working alongside three Area Sales Managers in the region, the Sales Support Executive will be on the road daily, interacting with Branch staff, training them on the product, ensuring new promotions are rolled out, and making their stores look fantastic with your product range. The area covers Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, East London, and Kent. You will be making multiple visits per day and in doing so you will be passing leads to the external ASMs for future business, upselling & cross selling as you go, and also attending various trade shows whereby youll be vital in ensuring they are a success This role will suit someone who has experience in merchandising, whether that be in a construction merchant setting or within the FMCG world – as long as youre upwardly mobile, comfortable with spending time away from home, and have a desire to grow your career, then this could be the role for you The Company : A global organisation, rapidly growing, and investing in 2025.
