SA Designer Parfums is a fast-growing company in the perfume and cosmetics industry. Brands we operate include GHOST, ARIANA GRANDE, JENNIFER LOPEZ, HAWAIIAN TROPIC, CERRUTI, PLAYBOY, and other international brands.
JOB PURPOSE
Contribute to the execution of global brand strategy, experience, and consumer platforms of fragrances in order to a broad audience, and geographies and engage consumers, and enhance value.
Support Marketing Manager on mix development execution, licensor meeting presentation and markets intelligence and interface with the aim of developing the growth, reputation, and image of the brand globally.
Drive the day to day management of the product development phases and mix delivery with the agency, internal partners NPD, and Trade marketing… to deliver on time strong marketing assets, support to markets
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyse the positioning of the products and competitors for each market and suggest propositions for new products.
Under Marketing Manager lead development of the product mix for new projects: bottle, packaging, fragrance, advertising, PR, Digital, etc.
Define the useful support elements to achieve a successful new product launch, in connexion with the markets and the Trade Marketing, according to the timing and the quality. For the launch of new products, participate and follow up on the realization of the project at the right timing:
Ensure coordination with the agencies, the suppliers, artwork for the development of the product mix, the packaging, the shoots, the R&D
Be the key point of contact for all support teams and coordinate developments to ensure consistent 360
Work closely with the R&D team, purchase, and finance to define the price of the product and cost of production (ICP) together with the P&L
Identify the needs with the Trade Marketing & promo team and propose promotional programs for the existing & new products.
REQUIREMENTS
4-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, development, MBA preferred
5+ years of Marketing including experience in Global Fragrance Marketing Development
English spoke, other languages a plus (German, French …)
