Are you passionate about web technologies, content management, and creating exceptional user experiences? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Website Content and UX Executive to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will help maintain and improve the content and user experience across our extensive network of over 80 group websites.
As a key member of our team, you’ll play an important part in managing website content, ensuring it\’s up-to-date and relevant, and helping enhance the usability and performance of our websites.
Website Content and UX Executive key Responsibilities:
– Content Development & Maintenance
– Develop, edit, and manage engaging website content (text, images, videos, and downloadable resources) for a wide range of websites.
– Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style, and messaging.
– Regularly monitor websites to ensure content is fresh, accurate, and aligned with our audience\’s needs.
– Work with content management systems, particularly Umbraco CMS.
– User Interface & Experience (UI & UX) Focus
– Apply knowledge of UI/UX design principles to enhance the overall user experience.
– Suggest improvements to website layout, content optimization, and user engagement based on feedback and best practices.
– Improve website structure, layout, and navigation to ensure a seamless user experience.
– Create mock-up designs using Figma to propose new website pages or redesigns.
– SEO & Performance Analytics
– Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings using SEO techniques, keywords, and metadata.
– Track user engagement, traffic, and conversions with Google Analytics, and use the insights to refine content and UX strategies.
– Team Collaboration
– Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather content and design requirements.
– Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and refine content strategies.
– Participate in meetings to discuss content and design development and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Some experience in web content management, digital marketing, or a related field.
– Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), especially Umbraco is an advantage.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality digital experiences.
– Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently.
– An understanding and interest in UI/UX principles.
Desirable (but not essential):
– Experience using Figma for design mock-ups.
