Ground Maintenance Operative in Doncaster

TM Ltd are recruiting for a Ground Maintenance person in Doncaster, DN5 area.

Hours-

Monday to Friday 6am – 13:05

Weekend availability needed for emergencies only / on call

Pay- £12.58 ph paid weekly.

Duties –

• To ensure streets and public areas are maintained
• Carry out general duties, working outside in all weathers and undertake tasks allocated
• Dealing directly with enquiries ensuring good customer relationships, acting in a professional manner.
• Undertake additional multi skilled tasks within the other service areas as required
• To work safely using the appropriate available equipment including mobile technology and report any occurrences/conditions to the line manager
• To participate in standby arrangements including winter maintenance and 24/7 standby cover

Requirements –

• Maintenance experience
• Full valid drivers license
• Experience in the use of a variety of horticultural and street cleansing equipment
• Use of IT systems
• Customer facing service
