Are you a highly organised individual with a flair for supporting high-level executives? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join a prestigious design team within the automotive industry, based at Gaydon. This role offers the chance to work closely with a dynamic Director and CCO Business Manager, providing unparalleled support and gaining insight into the heart of automotive design innovation.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure optimal diary management, prioritising the Director’s time and ensuring they are well-prepared for all meetings.

  • Coordinate and deliver review cadence, minutes, and manage email correspondence for the Director.

  • Organise team meetings and offsite events, focusing on achieving the objectives set forth.

  • Support compliance with regulatory, corporate, or process methodologies through tracking and reporting metrics.

  • Handle booking of work-related travel and accommodation, including visa arrangements and itineraries.

  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Directors and the CCO Business Manager, contributing to the team’s success., This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the design team within a globally recognised automotive company. The successful candidate will contribute to the company’s mission by supporting senior executives, thereby influencing the creation of innovative automotive designs. This position is an excellent opportunity to engage with senior management and other corporate functions, fostering a flexible and growth-oriented mindset., The position is based at Gaydon, offering a hybrid working arrangement with the flexibility to work remotely on an ad hoc basis.

  • Proven experience as a PA/EA with exceptional organisational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent time management abilities and a proactive approach to diary management.

  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
