We are seekingParalegals with experience in Industrial Diseaseand/orRoad Traffic Accident (RTA) claims to join our growing team in Blackburn. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their legal career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of Industrial Diseaseand/orRTA claims from inception to settlement
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles
• Liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties
• Conducting legal research to support case progression
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements

Requirements:

? Previous experience handling Industrial Disease and/or RTA cases
? Strong organisational and case management skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Excellent communication and client care skills
? A proactive and driven approach to case handling
