Assistant Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £28,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

Assistant Building Surveyor Job Overview:
- Carrying out detailed measured surveys and preparing accurate CAD drawings
- Conducting building surveys, inspections, condition schedules, and planned maintenance reports
- Preparing drawings and liaising with local authorities for planning applications
- Developing initial and detailed designs ensuring compliance with building regulations and guidance
- Producing technical specifications, tender documents, and work schedules
- Supporting contract administration duties, including contract preparation, cost monitoring, and issuing instructions
