Project Manager – About the role:

Project Manager (or experienced Site Manager/Senior Site Manager looking to step up),working on a multi-phased new build housing development with a further 3 years worth of work ahead.Responsible for delivery of a new housing development to the highest standard of safety and quality, within the construction budget and construction programme. In your role as a Project Manager, you will oversee an on-site Site Manager and an Assistant Site Manager.

Project Manager –About you:

You will be a Project Manager (or experienced Site Manager/Senior Site Manager looking to step up), with a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a national PLC developer or regional developer/contractor; with experience delivering housing projects above 100 units in size.

• Demonstrable track record of residential house building project management
• Professional Qualification to an appropriate level
• Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Excellent technical and practical knowledge and the ability to resolve important detail
• First Aid Trained
• SMSTS Qualified
