Freelance Building Surveyor Fabric Condition Surveys (Student Accommodation) Stamford Hill, London

We are seeking a Freelance Building Surveyor to undertake fabric condition surveys of student accommodation properties in Stamford Hill, London. This contract is outside IR35, with an estimated 6-week duration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive fabric condition surveys of student accommodation buildings.
• Identify and report on defects, maintenance requirements, and overall building conditions.
• Provide clear and concise reports with photographic evidence and recommendations.
• Liaise with the project team to ensure findings are documented and acted upon.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building surveying, particularly in condition surveys.
• Strong knowledge of building pathology, materials, and maintenance issues.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent report-writing skills with attention to detail.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB) are advantageous but not essential.
