Production And Manufacturing Engineer New Product Introduction. What Youll Do
Your role will combine strategy and hands-on expertise. Key responsibilities include:
Smooth NPI: Collaborate with R&D to bring new products to life on the production line including creation of jigs and fixtures, build procedures anddocumentation.
Empower Teams: Train production staff on new products and processes.
Boost Efficiency: Design and implement build efficiency schemes.
Own the Details: Generate ECNs for design, process, and BOM changes.
Solve Problems: Tackle obsolescence issues with practical, creative solutions.
Support the Floor: Provide production tools like KanBan systems, jigs, and fixtures.
Collaborate with Suppliers: Occasional visits to maintain quality and alignment.

Your Toolkit

A proven track record in enhancing production workflows.
