Teaching Personnel are the largest education recruitment agency in the country and we are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants in the Hinckley area. By registering with Teaching Personnel, you will be able to be put forward for bookings and roles within our partner schools and you will have completed control over you diary giving you the flexibility of working the days that suit you. Our bookings are 8:30-3:30 and we work with a variety of schools in the area and across Leicestershire meaning we are able to provide you with lots of opportunities for both short-term and long term roles with the option of Temp to Perm contracts if you find the perfect role for you! Teaching Personnel are looking for only the highest quality educators that are experienced with providing quality education across Primary Key stages and in return we provide unrivalled support and opportunities for our educators. Driving License is preferred but not essential. Job Duties: Assisting the teaching staff in the classroom Supporting students with learning activities Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs Assisting with behaviour management in the classroom Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Required Qualifications: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths Previous experience working with children or young people Experience/Skills Experience in behaviour management Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Additional SEN training or qualifications If you are interested in the role please apply with your CV highlighting your relevant experience All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
